This is for people participating in the TA Track of the Week thread found here http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...?threadid=15140
Remember to vote for 3 tracks and give a brief desc. of each. Please use this thread only for voting so we can easily count the votes. Any other quickbase issues or suggestions about the process can be posted on the original thread.

Flutlicht - Ahmea (original mix)
...emotional and powerful. that's all i ask for. And Flutlicht (sp?) has never failed to accomplish this task, no exception with this song. No words are neccessary to feel the emotional impact of this song by the chords and tones stuck by the synths. The production, i feel, is also very exceptional in the way the build up can quickly, but not sloppily, transition itself into the main synth.
System F - Soul On Soul (barthezz remix)
...While it does not have that element Barthezz became famous for (mainly presented in On The Move and co-production in Dance Valley Theme) it is a very clean remix of Soul on Soul. There are lots of solid transitions to build ups, main synths, build downs, vocals, very very clean. Plus, unlike the original, the vocals sound much in place.
Matanka - Lost in a dream (Dj Tandu remix)
...whatever. i need to vote for 3, and i can't vote for myself, so here was the "best of the rest". |

nice , sweet
good build up\break down
bass line \ synts good (as in on the move)
the vocals are much better in this mix than anyone of the others
Flutlicht_-_Ahmea_(Original Mix)
nice
a bit boring start, but its worth it
the build up is a bit long, but as mentioned its worth waiting
take off roxx hard
keeps the melody going and going

good and slow buildup - kickass bass when the synth is coming
more a house\prog style,still prefer other mixes

a nice song little lam start but then itīs begin to a little harder and thats keep the track so good.....

I like this track never heard this mix before.....good build ups and the song is very good all the track...good synths

Hmmmmmm diffulcult choice to choose 3 from that 28
but i will go with
#1: Agent Dateline - Last Song (DJ Tatana Ext Mix)
this was one of my previos top tracks of the week
nice opening with piano, then the quick build and then the bass starts in, with the bass kicking it continues to build nicely for a while, steadys until about 2.30, a quick break then back on with another build.
that is the main theme of this track Builds and small breaks
with some piano thrown in at the breaks, towards the end it gets more uplifting. Nice track overall :)
#2: Mauro Picotto - Verdi.
I prefer the megamind mix of this track but this mix is still a cool tune.
I like it cos its different from the norm
kinda experimental with some of the sounds, nice beat thruout, with some interesting breaks.
#3: Future Breeze - Temple of Dreams (Dub Mix)
Another one of my previous favs :), this is such a great track, gets me all excited every time i hear it or any one of its mixes.
should be a classic tune this cos it contains all the elements of a great trance track, nice catchy beat, great synths and rtyhum, Download it !

1. Flutlicht - Ahmea
Holy ! this song is sweet. great emotional buildup. if you love uplifting trance, you have to get your hands on this one.
2. Saccoman - The Recall (Call Up Mix)
This is a tune Marco V played at Sensation. Great progressive, hard sounding tune.
3. System F - Soul on Soul (Barthezz Remix)
This is one of the best soul on soul remix i have heard. Nice synths and not so much of that male vocal. Very good tune. |

If I could, I would have voted for my own songs (3 prime examples of my picky taste in trance) and I wished there were more better tracks uploaded but notherless my top 3 songs are:
1.Rocco & Heist - Delirium (Ibiza Breakdown Mix)B] 9.5/10
Relaxing, a truely ibiza tune.
2.[B]Gladiator - Now We Are Free (Dreamgate Club Mix) 9/10
This one is a happy and DJ Sakin's Dragonfly/Protect Your Mind like feeling. Bubbling with energy. I like it.
3.Underworld - Born Slippy (CJ Stone Remix) 9/10
Can't resist a CJ Stone Remix!

Aight, yes, finally .. the 1st go ahead !! Very good tunes this week, great choice of trance !!
A very tough choice on some .. but this were the picks on my ears !
1- Flutlicht_-_Ahmea_(Original Mix)
I just love how the tune evolves, the melody and so on, especially on min 3 and 11 secs.. when the strings kick .. just takes !! its just sweet trance .. with the dutch trance elements.
2-agent_dateline-last_song__dj_tatana_extended_club_mix
Okay.. I just love the tune takes you into that emotional state, been looking for this tune quite a time now, this is what you can call emotional trance !! Then the catchy strings come, and they just go and go to make you feel in heaven .
3- Underworld - Born Slippy (CJ Stone Remix)
Now, one of the tracks that is and is surely to always be a floorfiller, its one of those tracks that you just want to get up, scream ! have your hands up in the air and jump !! And CJ Stone made just a very sweet remix of this, softer then the original, so it fits nicely on any trance oriented set

A few real good tracks I like in this weeks lot.
I'm not gonna get into detailed details.
Terra W.A.N. - Who's Gonna Ease The Pressure (DuMonde Mix) (10)
Great buildup at first. Could lose the crappy vocls in the dropped part. But then it builds again so nice. And then lets you have it. I like it when I'm bangin my head in my chair wishing I could dance.
Airfire ft Talla2XLC - No signs of life (The anthem)
When this song builds up you just kind of stop yourself and say " I can't believe this is really happening." Very deep and emotional track here. Maybe this song is older cause I see none of you have posted it, but this is a beauty!!!
digger - church of ra (vinyl)
I like this track cause it's bangin. It has a hard melody to it and makes you feel good without being cheesy. Is there a deifferent Mix?
3 and 4 were close
