i have a dream
i have a dream, that in its most basic essence, music is the universal language that unites us all
i have a dream, that music and music alone, has the power to transcend all ethnic boundaries, race, religion, color, status, to touch people at their most deepest levels
i have a belief that music alone has the power to inspire people, to make them cry, to give them strength and power, to take them into another land for a fleeting moment so they can think cherished thoughts and reminisce about loved ones past and present...
music is beautiful in all it's forms. Electronica, for me, is just another instrument created by man to allow him to more completely express himself in ways previously thought unimaginable due to technological constraints and limitations.
People ask me why i do my website, and this is the answer i give them. there is nothing more rewarding than to expose the masses to music at it's most elemental, without the politics of lyrics and demographics. People in the electronica scene produce for the love of the music, for the chance to express themselves creatively without the politics of record labels that have been tying down other genres..
...to be continued...sorry, was inspired for a brief second and had to write down my thoughts and share!

SOME QUICK POINTERS.
THE WHOLE I HAVE A DREAM HAS BEEN DONE TO DEATH.
IT IS LIKE STARTING A POEM WITH ROSES ARE RED VIOLETS ARE BLUE,
ENDING AN ESSAY WITH, 'IN CONCLUSION'.;)
YOUR 6TH PARAGRAPH DOESN'T FLOW WITH THE REST OF THE TEXT.
IT NEEDS A BETTER TRANSITION.
(SORRY I JUST GOT OUT OF CLASS AND I AM IN THAT STATE OF MIND)
DAMN TEACHERS!!!

We all have "something" that motivates us.
There is always that "something" that pushes us to the next level.
A "something" that forces us to realize who we are.
Forces us to understand ourselves
and love that self we understand.
To some this "something" maybe a loved one...
to others it may be tangible item...
like a work of art, or a blooming flower...
This "something" that lifts me up...
This power that moves my being...
My "something" is Trance |
