I wanted to purchase a CDJ so I can spin cd's for my house parties since I don't have enough vinyl... I was wondering if anyone knows where I can score some descent ones for cheap...
I looked on ebay but I could only find the CDJ-1 which looks like a piece of , but it may be good I don't know anything about it...and online all I found was a CDJ kit by ION for 219 but I've never heard of that manufacturer and not sure about the quality can any one shed some light? |

| I don't know what you mean by cheap... so i'll assume it's somewhere between $250 to $300 for each unit. Try a search on ebay for Pioneer CDJ-100S. |

CDJ-100s don't have that vinyl emulation thing though ... I believe you can't do cueing or scratching or anything with them, that big cool looking wheel on front is just a jog wheel.
I'm in a similar situation but I'm going to save my coin until I can afford at least CDJ-800's or DNS-3000's, they are still a big rip off but prices coming down all the time now, won't be much longer hopefully ;) |

Pawn Shops. They are amazing things. Just be careful to test em out or make sure if you dont like em you can return em. Just explain that your a DJ and its an important thing or you wont purchase

| Don't expect to "cheap" prices on the CDJ 800/1000/1000mk2, Denon s3000/s5000 or Numark CDX1. these are top-of-the-line CD players, and they don't come cheap. |
