| yeah....only-djs shipping costs suck here in the US, but they usually get here within two days. chemical records on the other hand have the opposite problem. |

hey precision,
i love OnlyDJs.com. Easily my favorite site ot buy from b/c of your weekly updates and total user friendliness. Everything about it is great!
But if you havent seen it yet, there is a post in DJ Booth on this site that talks about shipping problems with Rapid Air. I know that that is probably a problem between them and Rapid Air but.. just to clue you in on it.

I truly believe that the fact that record store **** their customers over with different sort of %^&% reasons including shipping fees, higher priced records, package losts and claims, etc etc has contributed largely to downfall of record sales and higher music downloading...
I know i've more or less stopped buying records because of this... |

Hmm.. Only djs is the only place I know where some records cost you 9,99€ .. But the vinyls got that expensive only 2 weeks ago...
If you order here in a germany record shop you pay something arround 6€ + lower shipping price.. Only problem is that you have to wait 3 days longer for a brand new vinyl.. |

HERE IS AN UPDATE:
I just got an email from Pascal @ only-djs. Pascal is a gentleman and has provided me superior customer service. Pascal has resolved every concern I have had. Thank you Pascal!
It turns out that a number of shipments were not processed (by the shipper - not only-djs) due to the DHL/Airborne quasi-merger.
The packages that were not processed have been re-sent - and confirmation emails with track codes will be sent. I just checked mine and it is on the way. |

CONCLUSION:
My records arrived on Friday February 13 2003 in perfect condition.

Had very similar problems, ordered over a month ago, no delivery, card has been charged, DHL had no idea what order i was on about, never recieved. Have emailed you now as all other efforts to contact your store have failed so far. Hope you can help! Cheers.
