doubt anyone has robbed me yet, they sell 600 items a day and tracking that and shipping that is a complicated venture. I'll give it a week, I emailed her about that. I have the slip still and I'll show ebay if shown anything. I imagine one of 3 things happened....
a)they got it, got the payment and never mailed it or mailed it
b)lost it
c)customs took the cash |

customs short on manpower. very rare that xpost items are opened or retained.
there was one occasion i received ganja beans from an ebay seller who damaged saleable items. i didn't even know he meant mj. the package was opened and inspected by CCRA. he even left a description of what exactly these were. guess what? it was never held or confiscated.
then i order this weigh loss product which contained ahahah a controlled substance, l-carnitine. an amino acid is regulated in Canada yet there health stores selling similar products. Customs confiscated and returend it to sender.
go figure. |

well it's a bitch trying to get a hold of this person. I've sent an email a day for the past 3 days, saying sort this out and you never hear from me again. Dumbass never responds, they got the coin, I'm dead sure of it but a simple email to say yes or no would be great. I want the unopened cd that I won at the price I won it at.

so i sent email 5 in 5 days to them again tonite and I am praying that they finally just answer it. Sighs
if they refuse to answer it, should i just contact ebay? |

if you're using outlook, i know there's an e-mail delivery confirmation option somewhere in there. U could basically find out if they're reading your e-mails, and if they are and not returning them i would flame them with a negative feedback and report this to e-bay.
If it's been 5 days without any response i say give them negative feedback no matter what. This is not the way you do business and i really don't care how many items they sell a day. If u can't handle it, leave it to the ppl who can. I've been buying stuff on e-bay for a long time and from some serious sellers as well. Customer service is as much important as on-time delivery (if not more).

thanks for the advice
My isp email reports anything that never reaches it's destination. I've technically paid for the item and I'm one day from leaving nasty feedback or filing something with ebay. I've had friends that bought things from them and had no problems. Guess I'm the one that is ed but I want what I paid for damnit. |

As long as you have your receipt for the money order you sent, you should be fine. Take the stub back to the bank and see if the order has been cashed, thereby obligating the motheras to send you what they have. Or charge em with theft.. or something.. I don't know, bloodrevenge is definately needed. |
