a while ago i caught GDJB where marcus spun Derek Howell - My Operator
i've been trying to find that tune everywhere for a while now, but instead i found live rips of Frozen and Folding, and let me tell you, those two are amazing!
so this is a Derek Howell appreciation thread. does anyone have any more info on who this guy is? |

all i can say is WOOOOOOW! OMG! Operator is mint, but Frozen is mindfcuking!
Pinkbox special is special to me, tune after tune.
Can somebody tell me when or if something of them is released somehow? |

| Derek Howell is a dude from houston texas whose a up and comer producer/dj that just r0x. My Operator most likely wont get released, well thats what he told me but the Pinkbox Special (which is derek and peter martin) tunes such as Simple will hopefully get a release on Armada and look out for Derek Howell - Funk It which just got signed to Fade Recordings. you can buy a hand full of his tunes off http://www.edmdigital.com , just search for derek howell and voila. |

| "Frozen" is such a good tune, one of my favorites this year actually. I can't wait to hear more material out of Derek Howell, everything that I've heard so far has been excellent. |
