george mason univ or marist?

i just got into george mason university.. wasnt really planning on going htere, but they are givin me $24,000 over 4 years
its in fairfax va outsode of washington dc.
anyway anyone go /went there and can tell me anythin about it?
i really want to go to Marist and i heard lots of good things about it, so if anyone can gimme any info on marist too that would be goooood stuff

I checked out GMU when i was applying.. good school- but i hated the campus (personal opinion)
MY best friend goes to marist, and she absolutely loves it there...it has a nice a campus, and pretty cool people overall, and is also a good school.
Pick the one u really want to go to , u'll be much happier in the end.

mainly the location, pretty much in the middle of nowhere...plus i just wansnt a fan of the building layout and the buildings themselves...alot of people i was with seemed to like it though.
check em both out though, make sure u see em both |

if money is no problem, go to marist; if it is a concern, take the $$ and hit up GMU.
The Marist grads I know were all pretty happy with their scenic (and sleepy) school -- plus you're close to NYC.. ;) |

| GMU is not that bad of a school. It is a nice place, just too $$$. Marist is nice too, if you like the smaller uni type of place where you can get to know practically everyone. I am gonna agree with Konijn. Plus either way you are gonna be close to some nice ass clubs. Glow will be back in D.C. not far from GMU, and in NY you have all he crazy ass clubs in NYC. |
