-cisvc.exe is part of Microsoft's Indexing Service. Open "Computer Management", expand the "Services and Applications", right-click on "Indexing Service", select "All Tasks -> Tune Performance". You can decide how busy the Indexing Service should be -- the default is equivalent to a 2-year old child. You could use a setting just above dead and it seems to work in the background, keeping CPU hogging near zero.
-Type SERVICES.MSC in the Run dialog box, find the Indexing Service in your list, right click it, select Properties, and then in the Startup Type field, select Disabled. Restart the computer and it will stay disabled.
-If you are never really going to use indexing you can also uninstall it via add/remove programs under windows components.
ps: google for all your troubles |

| Your computer may be acting gay because you're plugging stuff in his back. |

I have a small problem too
my home page keeps changing to some search engine without me visiting any "fishy sites", sometimes it changes when I restart.
I tried those spy/add ware removing programs, but still no results
do I have a virus or what? |

Its not a virus but rather a very annoying type of spyware called a "browser hijacker." It'll almost always set your home page to somewhere you don't want, and frequently redirect your pages while you're on the internet. Unlike virus writers who like doing malicious things to your PC to fill some pathetic sadistic emotional void, the jerks who create spyware are mostly looking for money by stealing information from you or burying you with ads like the email spammers do.
I'm sure you'd like to be rid of your problem, the free program Hijack This! is good for removing browser hijackers.

Also search google for Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. Both are free. I use them together and often for general spyware detection and removal.. What one misses the other will usually catch, but make sure you use the "update" feature often. New libraries are released almost weekly.
Good luck!
