| chemical is da bomb. back in the day i got records from dancegrooves but i got sick of the shipping charges. chemical has a good selection and i get my records in 4-5 days. we (americans) are getting killed on the exchange rate cuz the US dollar is weak in the knees. |

the prices of records on chemical are getting more expensive for americans :/
freakin dollar
some records on chemical are 8 pounds, which is 14.68$
which is alot for a record..
some are 5 pounds which is ok, others are 6-7
mostly new releases tho, maybe thats why |

The first time i ordered from them, they took FOREVER, but they resolved the issue and one of their staff members even personally explained their situation to us in the above thread.
Chemical's service is top notch and their prices and shipping charges are relatively low compared to other stores. Granted juno may have a better selection, Chemical is the still top notch in terms of service and its stock. I've ordered from them many times and they haven't failed me yet. *knock on wood.
SHipping to the U.S. usually takes about 5 business days. Meaning if you order sunday night, your records should arrive by Friday. and i'm on the west coast of the U.S. Pretty damn good if you ask me! |

i get most of my records from chemical and occasional juno and very rarely only-djs, i haven't ordered from dancegrooves yet. takes about 5 days or so.

dancegrooves would get me my records in like 2 days, but you pay through the nose for it. chemicals prices arent exactly low but considering that i cant buy records anywhere near where i live, and they have pretty good selection, i deal. i think it helps in a way because i really think alot about how much i want each record and it makes be buy only the ones that i really love.
btw i think 1pound is like $1.80ish, not dope.
edit: i just read the thread about all of the shipping bull going on at dancegrooves... yikes. wtf. sounds like chemical is large and in charge. |

I only order from Juno, Chemical and 23precinct more or less.
The only thing that is bad about chemical is that when they
send you their order reply (packing, shipping and so on) they
list the catalogue ids and not "artist - trackname" so I have
to wait until i get the discs before I can enter them into my database. :P |

Another place thats good for promos is http://www.abovethesky.com but I don't know how they are with regards to international shipping.
