Hey Guys,
I am going to Paris for sweet Valentine´s Day with my girlfriend and I was wondering if I could get any reccomendations on some good clubs to go to in Paris that play Electronic Music. Yes I am an American but I promise I am not stupid ;) I listen to pretty much any form of Electronic Music minus Drum and Bass.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Bill |

Go to the Rex club or Wagg club, these two clubs are the more interesting club in Paris if you appreciate the real good music. It's not trance but techno (Rex) et prog house (Wagg). |

It may sound weird for you but i think that if i was a foreigner and coming to paris, i wouldn't look after some tech or trance clubs, cos' it's not he hype in Paris.
If you want to take a look to some really "Paris touch" club, try a lounge bar as Nirvana, Hotel Costes, Bar Fly... This is typical of Paris.
It sounds more romantic for valentine day. And believe me, we're all jealaous of the foreign clubs, ours are crappy (i mean in the trance or tech ways). So don't loose your time in tech clubs in paris, i'm sure you will be disappointed.
And if you want a must see but very selective (i mean dress code is VERY important to get in (classy touch, or really styled, but not club style, more fashion victim style) give a try to the cabaret, this club next to the louvres is lovely.
Any of the club or bars above are definitely expensive, but paris is expensive if you want to have fun.
Just my opinion anyway... |
