i love drifting. of course, i never have with my FWD put put machine.
I have a couple movies on drifting like The Drift Bible and japanese drifting competition coverage. and of course, i'm crazy over initial d. |

what the was that guy in a convertible doing? did he have a deathwish or something to get run over by his own car??
drifting is awesome but burning rubber is stupid.

see this is the only reason I like winter...I can go drifting when there's snow and not tear the out of my tires...unfortunately neither my car or I am cool enough to do this type of stuff. eh i got time to learn
Edit: on second thought, this vid was far too ricey and garish for me...thumbs down :o |

i like drifting, but it wasnt "ricey" all those cars are JDM. Silvias and Skylines are not ricer cars.
my definition of "ricer" are pretty much cars that are all show and no go.
Cars here are too dummied down b/c of gov`t restrictions and such.
so i dont think turboed skylines and silvias arent rice.

Every car can be riced out...dont belive me? Check F&F and 2F2F look what happend to otherwise nice cars..seeing that skyline made me glad i missed lunch. People should be shot for doing terrible things like that to such nice cars.
And i love drifting of course :D I currently own a y FWD however i hope i can afford a decend RWD car soon (200SX or a BMW E36 325i). I tried drifting in my friends M3 and it went surprisingly well...i didnt chrash the cars thats got to be worth something :D However a lot pf practise is needed to do it right...
Oh yeah im hooked on Initial D too :D
@DJSlain: ID Stage 4 is comming out in april, I like cant wait to see the first race, if the sotry stays trou to the manga well see a wery interesting downhill race :D |

yeah thats what I was trying to say...i mean, I would kill for a skyline R34, and I wish they sold Silvias over here, I just didnt like any of the cars in this video |

there is a video series out called Mischief. pick up the first one if u want some real street racing and cool video (like doing donuts in front the house of senate). The first one if the best. The other 2 are basically Gumball and not too interesting (as i found out $40 later). however, in the latest, Mischief Destroy, the very first scene has a modded civic trying to drift down a corner. well, it's FWD and i'm sure u all know what happened. "wat? u break wat? try again?"
as for the anti-rice scene. San Diego is turning out to be a hella good scene. lots of money are going under the hood now. I see cars parked and i go "ugh, another show no go." they fire up the engine, speed away, ah the bliss sound of turbo makes me change my mind. don't judge a book by its cover.
i just wanna say. nothing sounds better than a mustang GT. i don't know how they make that distinct rumbling sound, but it's great |
