Kill Bill: vol. 2 (pg. 2)

One of the main reasons the film was put in two parts was due to the fact the battle with the 100 ninjas or what ever, would have been very hard to top. It would have been too anti climatic to carry the film on after that huge fight seen.

actually it was because the screenplay was 200 pages long, which is the equivalent of about 3 and a half hours...so tarantino and wienstien decided to split it up into 2 movies...

the story lacks dialogue because in this film its not important. The plot is told over series of fights. I really like the way the story unraveled.

exactly...a really cerebral way of storytelling :p :D

honestly I don't think QT can ever top Pulp Fiction,
Except for maybe the Vega Brothers film? But thats just a rumor.
Apparently QT said he found a loophole to make that work out.

a loophole legally or literally?? He could just set the story 5 years prior or whatever...But anyway let's see what happens after Inglorious Bastards...

I liked it, I thought it was a true chinese kung-fu movie biut with a modern look. Fight scenes were spectacular and well orchestrated.

Can't wait for Vol 2

If I were you I'd get them on VHS because the DvDs that I know of are all on Criterion Collection which would set you back about $50 a movie.
