Well, she reported him in to the principal, and I think he's suspended. The only problem now, is I think he may want revenge, and that worries the and piss out of me. But I'll take your advice and see if she can get his phone number. I'm sure he would love to have me call him up, as I sound like I'm 17 wheneve I'm on the phone :)
But if he lays one finger on her, the only nuts he'll have is the ones he has on his chin in his dreams. How much anthrax should I put in the envelope? |

having the authorities take care of it is the safest thing to do, but there is nothing more statisfying then going to battle for your woman. |

| So far, what has been mentioned here probably wouldn't get to the ROOT of the problem and solve it once and for all. I mean really, say if you can make him stop stalking the current person he's harrassing, that may or may not stop him from doing it completely (in the future, to other people). In my mind, the best way to stop most of these types of crimes is to attempt to get into the criminal mind, along with giving them whatever conventional legal sentence they usually get. Get experts to figure out WHY they do these crimes. The first thing I think of when I hear about a sexual harrassment or rape crime (or ANY crime, for that matter) is 'what caused them to do it and why do they do it at all?'. Maybe comparing to other crimes can figuring out the motive and reason for this one easier. Why do thieves steal? Isn't it because they are trying to obtain something (a material possession) that is [currently] way out of their normal reach? Why do I download about 1000 hours/year of my music (not matter if it's legal or not)? Because I can't in any way afford it all at that rate that I get it. I'll only buy music that I really see worth buying and that I'd see listening to 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 years in the future. Timeless stuff in my mind. Why do people kill other people? These several common and many uncommon reasons for this but, remember: there's always a reason for it. There's always a reason for everything (unless the person who commits the crime is mentally ill, which isn't always the case). |

maybe, but take a realistic perspective of things here... no one really cares WHY he's stalking or insulting here, we just want him to stop, that is all. all that can be done here is contacting the authorities, maybe, and only then they'll decide whether this guy needs therapy to figure out why he can't deal with himself. |

I am not an advocate for empathy, since apparently I have very little. :D We don't need a motive here, we need a solution. Who gives a about this guy's weakened mental state that has driven him to harrass and stalk this poor defensless female. There is too much sympathy for the devil in crime anymore. "Oh, he was beaten by his father when he was a boy, that's why he cut off all those people's heads..."
People that stalk, if you had read my previous post before typing a thousand words, are needy, unstable people. They don't understand how the attention they shower on the targeted object is not reciprocated. Some people are mentally degeranged (celebrity stalkers usually are) and they are playing out some sick drama in their head. Here is not the case. This is a high school student being a fucking goof, and he needs to get his ass kicked. That's first on my list, none of this passive aggressive 'if he lays a hand on her, then i'm going to kick his ass' or whatever. Just go and kick his ass. Round up your buddies and go pay a visit to school. Find him on a lunch period and wail the out of him, repeatedly telling him that if he doesn't stay away from your woman, you'll cut off his left and right nut, seperately. Jesus. Take control of this situation. |
