| Valentine's Day is a joke. Just like every other holiday. Just another ploy for the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer. I am a woman and I even find such a holiday to be a scam as is Christmas. It's the capitalist sneaky way of making us spend our hard earned money on useless things. It's special because the calendears say so. Any given day should be a day for lover to take each other out |

I completely agree. Neither my husband nor myself waits for a "holiday" to demonstrate our feelings for one another, we do something every day to show how much we care.
Oh, but, by the way, last year I did buy a large jar of chocolate body paint and we had a marvelous Valentine's Day night, hehe :D so I may do it again this year. |
