alcohol tolerance?

| Hey guys! Do most of the people here in this forum drink? If you do, how high/low is your alcohol tolerance? How many bottles of beer can you drink without falling over or getting tipsy or talking in a strange, unidentified language? |

I don't drink too often so I'm pretty average. As an example I went out last night and drank the following
4 pints lager
3 bottled beer
4 aftershocks
about 2 glasses (and 4 swigs) of champagne
and I was wankered (as anybody in the chat-room at around 4:30am (UK time) will tell you :D |

6 vodka,water and barlime

well..depends what Im drinking. I downed half a 40 of Gin last night, and felt no after effect, and very few effects other than stumbling and slurring.
other times, Ill drink a triple rye and coke and have to take a nap cuz im cut! |

when i was in college i would drink to get drunk, but now i dont have as many and i like to enjoy what i'm drinking. 3-4 drinks is good enough
btw, chimay (white) is very interesting beer one of my current favorites, give it a try if u want to expand your tastes |

Has anyone here tried black vodka?
The hangover I think lasted a good 48 hours. made me make mylelf one of those empty promises of "God I'll never drink again".
That lasted about 48 hours too! |

I live in Canada and our beer is pretty strong.
avg = about 7%-14% alcahol.
Anyways I can't drink beer very well. I could have like 4 bottles of molson CANADIAN (My fave) and I will be tipsy.
BUT....When it comes to hard alcahol I can drink with the best of them. The most I have ever taken in without puking is 15 shots of tequila and 6 shots cinimon snops. I was pretty hammed.:):)
I can drink more but I would just be huggin the toilet all night if I do that and nobody likes doin that. |

ehh, neva actually tested the limit
but at my last b'day it was 7 shots sambucca, 4 malibu 'n cokes & 2 bourbon & cokes
and the best part was, i won 8 games of pool in a row and didn't get a hang-over the next day!!!
...drink a lot of water before u go to sleep!!! :D:D:D |
