| I won't be able to make it to the meetup anymore as some of my friends have another agenda they need to tend to but I will see you guys all out, I'm hoping to get to Vision pretty early to get a good spot. Hope you all have a good time @ Connie's. |

I have received several calls this evening...mostly of loud trance like distorted music...so it sounds like a good time is being had. As well as a verbal call from MR. S during Crush. I am very jealous that I didn't make the trip out...it sounds very fun.
However, he did add that only 6 of you showed up for the meetup. How disappointing. I know some of you said you wouldn't make it to the meetup, but would make the gig, but to the rest...*sigh*, I guess if I ever have to set up a meetup for 20 +/- people that the people saying they are showing up would be true to their word, especially to the business that reserved the seat space.
Hope to get the lowdown on the full show from you all soon.
Hopefully I'll be able to make it out from Portland for a show this spring...

It was a nice mixed bag of tunes, but too loud! and too many enormous spiky haired dudes--guys at trance events are like Hummers to my Honda Civic. But a fun time. My favorite new tune was the one after Marco V vs. Jens - Loops And Things Relooped. Oh and he played a balls-out epic trancer towards the end that had a wicked second drop.
Oh, and Nick, I take back what I said about Zabiela. I'm listening to this set from Lot33 in Canberra and it's the perfect comedown. |
