:D Very very good...it's not JUST about good mixing after all...he's a monster on the decks, no one sends people into madness like he does with his signature hand movements and geeky dancing. The only other person that can do that in my opinion in Carl Cox who is also an animal on te decks. :happy2:

| Not the best beatmatcher, but he is a genius of track selection and timing. lost a couple places in my list but only because i havent seen him in sooooo long. last time: KH in 02.. maybe ultra and march 7 at space will change my mind.. |

Tiesto is the DJ who got me into electronic dance music. I remember when a friend told me to download dj tiesto - live at trance energy 2000 and I was completely blown away. Finally I had found a type of music that resonated with me... that I felt in my soul! I haven't looked back since...
This summer when he performed at the docks, it was quite possibly the best night of my life. There's a whole long story about why it was... but I don't think I've ever seen a DJ and the crowd feed off eachothers energy to the extent I saw that night. TIESTO seemed to be constantly smiling, laughing, dancing, cheering and interacting with the crowd. Everywhere I went, the party didn't seem to stop.. everyone was under his spell.. there is definately something magikal in the air when he's on the turntables...
I made this in Photoshop shortly after... and anyone who was there that night, might understand it a bit more.. ;)
