What about a Stanton SMX 401? It has a quirk with the crossfade about the level dropping in the middle kinda. But if you use it correctly it's an ace mixer. Serious sound quality, levels for each seprate channel too. £235 from most places.

how about that 2ch numark with the digital crossfader and the fx?

I already mentioned the PPD01 to him but he want's more than 2 channels. Not sure why though, if he's just starting out and probably only has 2 turntables!
Toufas

Toufas

It's definetly worth the money, I've had one for a year and love the thing, it's definetly Numarks best mixer available besides the PPD9000. Plus if you like loose faders it does'nt get any smoother than the PPD01, unless you have the Vestax PMC-07 with the Samurai fader, but that thing is almost $800!

Isall good, was just curious why you were looking for more than 2 channels. But even most 2 channel mixers have 3-4 line inputs for cd mixers, so that third channel still is kinda pointless!

Hahahaha, My friend just purchased that Behringer mixer and he says it is totally useless.. Yeah there are alot of effects on it, but he says that they don't even work that good. The only one that he referred to as 'cool' is the auto-pan, which every other mixer has. LOL.. I have a DJM 500 and I would suggest going with that, I have had it for around 3 months and I have had n o problems with it. So I would HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! IT WILL BE WORTH IT! :o :o

Cheers,

Dallas :haha: :haha: :haha:

^^ yeah I'm not sure what the transfer rate bwtween Euro's, & Lira's to US. dollars is. But if it's around $200-250, then thats a great deal, if it's less than that even better!
