There's a Punk Band in my Basement!!

Ok, I have no problem with punk rock. In fact I have quite the punk collection amongst my cds. The problem is, a 22 year old -head punker with no respect moved into my basement. He was quiet at first, but over the past month he's been getting progressively more oblivious to the fact that other people live in this house!
My first problem with him is that he and his friends come and go from here all hours of the day and night, STOMPING AS LOUD AS THEY CAN up and down the stairs. He never locks the front door and I live on the busiest most vulnerable to crime street in this city.
My second problem with him is that he's a chronic dope smoker, and the smoke wafts up here all the time. The problem with this is that he never invites me to smoke a J (how rude!).
My third problem is his lack of sensitivity. My mother's been in the hospital for 2 weeks now, seriously ill in the critical care unit. As I was leaving for school one day, he comes out of his apartment and asks "How's your mom?" I said "Not good, etc." We continued to talk for a minute and I said optimistically "She'll be okay." Then what does this little say?? "NO SHE WON'T" Like, WTF?? WHO THE RAISED THIS MORON??? Oye! Some people's parents!!
So now to top it off, the other night (at 2 in the morning I might add) he and his urchins moved band equipment into his apartment. Now they're having a jam session. I'd call it playing music, but they're NOT! ing guy can't drum worth a ! Epileptics have more rhythm than this guy.
It's not the music that bothers me, it's the fact that they can't play.
Soon I will offer him a huge piece of my mind.

Ugh. I just heard a cow bell.

that's horrible- esp what he said about your mom. I hope you can get him out of your basement soon

Uhhh, explain?

it was a joke :P

is the fuse box in the upstairs? I would guess it is.

I pull this frequently on my brother, since the fuse box is next to the pc that I'm using.Only problem is you have to know which fuse goes to what area in the house but most are labeled. Anyway, I just change the fuse, if they use a 10amp fuse, I change it to a 5amp fuse and usually it blows and then no more music :). HAH!, then you go and pretend to spend 2 hrs trying to solve the problem, that's if a whole band is in the basement, drums does not work :(.

Wow what an insensitive guy. How'd he move into your basement in the first place?

if it's after 11pm, call the cops. Keep calling them and calling them and if you wanted, I believe you can evict someone for that. Dunno the laws too well...

OK.

Humm...yeah that's a good idea. But you're right, it won't stop the drums and cow bell.

Oh god they're terrible!! It's actually becoming amusing, lol! The Zit Remedy had more talent than these guys, hahahahah!!!
torontotrance
ever considered buying earplugs?
torontotrance
actually i'd record their noise stuff and put it all over the net....showing how bad they are and then no one would book them and since the internet travels quickly....they would be laughed at...i guess only in barrie.
