| Hate to be a party pooper, but don't get your hopes up. Neither Laurent nor MIKE are nearly as good as DJs as they are producers, mainly due to the fact that they just haven't got the time to practice nor the experience to deliver a solid set. Hopefully that'll change in time though. |

I've seen L-Vee spin together with DJ Fire, the crowd and I had a great time, they played a mixture of well known and new melodic trance tunes, loads of new stuff from Bonzai and many of the Fire & Ice-classics of course. The mixing was however a completely different issue. Granted, it was on a boat, and the wind gave them some trouble, but L-Vee was struggling to get the mixes right when he was behind the wheels (even when mixing CDs), and from what I've heard he's had his troubles elsewhere too. That was however 2 years ago, so his skills may have improved since then.
As for MIKE, all logic says that there is absolutely no way that he can get solid mixing skills going when he spends as much time as he does in his studio. Although his tune selection is by far one of the more interesting around at the moment, his mixing still is not that good, but considering the gigs he has been getting lately(monthly ASOT appearance for instance) that should also change over time too.
So if either L-Vee or MIKE are brought to Canada as DJs, you'll surely have a great time, just don't get too hyped up, cos like I said, they are far from as solid as DJs as they are producers.
