I've always known this, and I've also always known the actual meaning of the word Aria, which is why I'm perplexed to a certain extent.
The definition of Aria is "a solo vocal piece with instrumental accompaniment, as in an opera."
What does this have to do with Electronica, or even after-hours? Is the DJ supposed to be the "vocalist" that plays "solo" with an instrumental background?
:conf:
Maybe i'm metaphorically dumb, mais j'y comprends pas, ostie!
I was also wondering why Aria's own info line pronounces it "AREA". Fix that ! |

"a striking solo performance" |

Maybe by definition it's that, but it can also be just a single melody.
I'm proud to say I've always pronounced it right!:D |
