Performing Live w/ laptop & DJ Software

I'm interested in hearing from any DJs who use a laptop & software as part of their live set-up.

Before I get a million replies by people who don't like the idea of using software, let me state my position:

a) I embrace technology if it improves things or let's me try new/different things
b) I don't feel that vinyl is any better or worse than CDs/high quality computer files. (and please don't use this forum to argue that point)
c) I refuse to romantacize turntables - or anything else for that matter. Sometimes you need to leave things behind when something better (or even different) makes an appearance.
d) At this point it should be obvious that sound engineering in a club is more important than anything a DJ can influence... let's not debate that here either.

That said, I would love to hear stories - the good and the bad - of DJs who use things like Traktor DJ Studio, Final Scratch, etc.

i do house/hotel parties with traktor and a rane ttm-56 to mix off my laptop.... its mono left/right sound but i prefer it 10x to my tables or cdj's.... i dont have enough to purchase final scratch which i would use 24/7.... being able to see cue points and timing things perfectly is 10x better then tables/ears only:) but thats just me:P

I've also been curious as to how stable this system is performing . . . I read somewhere that 1.0 is more stable than its Trackor powered big brother . . . anyone have firsthand experience with this?
