me and my buddy who was one of the security guards there were standing by the fence
some guy passed by us and just hopped it
me and him were like lookin at each other, i mean dude hes in the in uniform
anyway, my buddy looked over the fence and he was like, yeh they got him... 5 mins later he was getting arrested
