What happened to this young Jewish student?

Last March a Jewish student from Britain, studying in Paris, was found dead in the road after attending a conference in Germany. Police say the death was a suicide and have closed the case.
However, the circumstances leading up to the death leave a lot of questions unanswered.
The student, Jerimiah Duggan, had unwittingly become involved in a group of supporters of Lyndon LaRouche (the right-wing economist who believes there is a secret plot involving Jews and the British to take over the world!) With his new group of 'friends', they went to Germany to the Schiller Institute (run by LaRouches wife) for anti-war lectures (LaRouche himself was a speaker there) During one lecture, people began to blame Jews for the war in Iraq, and when Jerimiah explained he was Jewish, everybody went quiet. After the conference, he phoned his mother in a state of terror, saying he was in trouble and wanted out. Later on, he was found dead after being struck by three cars, after running for miles.
His mother says there is no way he was suicidal. So does a British coroner who has rejected the German verdict and also wants the case reopened.

Apparently, I think there is a news block out of LaRouche in the UK presumably due to his opinions of Britain. He is also suspected of colluding with renegade Mi6 agent Richard Tomlinson (who gave LaRouche the names of 9 Mi6 agents, published in LaRouches Executive Intelligence Review) This block out may explain why this student was unaware of what Lyndon LaRouche stood for. I have read many articles about how his supporters are brainwashed by his groups.
Does anyone know anything else about what may have happened to this young man, or know anything about what happens to people who become involved in LaRouches organisations? |

Right-wing and economist are two words the cannot be used to describe LaRouche, particularly together! He's a Marxist-Socialist, and his core supporters can be found among people who regularly read the Socialist Worker newspaper.
The only issue on which he's on the "right-wing" are his fascist ideas on the Jews, and I shudder to think his other ideas can be described in that same vein. He's basically a socialist conspiracy theorist, and his followers are usually just as crazy. |
