The manual
load the sampler instrument
go to edit
select a specific zone and choose the right outputs
Besides you godda learn the difference between midi and audio..
A midi switch wont select an audio output. |

?
I 'm not sure what you are talking about.
In arrangement you just select audioinstrument #..
Then in the toolbox you can choose the midichannel, you can only use one midichannel per instrument I think |

| dezma..the whole point of the multichanell instrument is that a different voice can be put on each midi chanel..which can then be routed to seperate audio chanels..thered be no point in sepererate audio chanells if you cant use the sampler across 16 midi chanells..e.g the way you use an akai..anyone? of course your right about one midi chanell when refering to using it as a stereo instrument, but I want to use as a proper multi..anyone? |

| A least half the point is about having multiple outputs is you can have different efx,eq for the track on your mixer. Very handy when it comes to drums and stuff |

| I'm 90% sure it's not possible. I don't really see the point about it except for drum automation which can be done in the hyper editor. Keep in mind that the exs doesn't take very much cpu power so you can run rather much devices without running out of rescources. |

| well if it doesnt have multi mid chanells, then whats the point of each unit opened having 16 audio outs..? |

Everybody knows that mostly a bd and a hh wont be eq'd the same way so if you have a drum map in your exs you can route them to your mixer and eq and efx them seperately.
I did some searching and really didn't find a way to assign zones to another midi chann.. |
