Hi, I have a slight problem with a midi file I'm using. Whenever I try to change patches, when I press stop/start it resets to the first patch of that VST. This is very time consuming, as I can only seem to fix it by pure luck ! I hope somebody can help me out here ..

hey cheggy
This is quite a common problem mate. there is a controller change message in the midi file telling it to use patch 0 of bank 0.
What you need to do is open the file, copy all the notes, draw in an empty new file and paste the notes into them, then use that midi file. |

You could also go to the list editor for that part and delete the program change :D

Yea i'm having the same problem sometimes with cc commands. Extremely annoying. I'm gonna invent a sequencer that actually does what you you want it to do and I'm gonna be rich. (Yes i'll invent an incrackable warez protection too)
