ID song from file

I found this file online and it had a great trance song in it. I have no clue how to ID the song, because it doesn't sound like anything I've heard before (the closest thing is Ferry Corsten - Punk). Any help in ID'ing the song is more than appreciated. The URL to the file is:

| can you believe it. i went to a friends house which lives in another town and we listened to one of his CDs and we heard this tune. i think the CD is called Addicted To Trance. cant recall the name of the tune though. i just noticed it and said "this sounds like a copy of Punk" |

hmmz.....the track on addicted to trance that sounds like punk is
Rietveld - Don't You Want Me
but this sample sounds slightly different....yet another copy of punk :rolleyes:
