| first off, CCC stands for, "Campus Christian Center." so, i've been trying to meet any other people in my area or school that rae into spinning. i finally recieved a reply and met up with him. though he had very little knowledge or skills in spinning, or the fact that he spends all his time at the CCC wasn't what struck me as awkward. he and a friend of his said we should throw a "rave" on campus, mind you they're talking about the basement floor of the student center. this is a dry campus, not even alcohol allowed. i for one am against this. though i wouldn't want to be tripping on every drug imaginable i see a rave as a free place to do this, if you deem it necesary. otherwise, isnt it just another 'club' or school dance type function with edm? maybe if they just called it "EDM Nights" or something like that, maybe then i might show up... ive only met the guy once and am supposed to meet again with him later today, ha also uses fruity loops. what would you do? would you support a "CCC Rave in the Basement of the Student Center"? |

I dunno man. A rave at a CCC would be awkward. Is he planning on getting people from the outside to come? Or is this just for you Christians?
If its a public rave, then for sure there is going to be drugs, but who cares, they won't impose it on you. The only thing you need to be worried about is weapons. There are some laws differing from different places that you need police, paramedics, security, etc etc. Theres a lot of crap in some places you have to go through if you want to call it a "rave"
If this is just for you Christian people, then i dont see what the problem is. Don't call it a rave though, just call it your "EDM nights" is sounds pretty good :) |

haha, oh man I laughed so hard reading that
| quote: | | These Angels brought tears of joy to my eyes. "A RAVE FOR JESUS!" we all yelled in unison. |
| quote: | | Christian students had decorated the room with the cutest banners. One said: "Putting the Christ back in X-Mass. Putting the X back in Christ!" |
:D (it was better cause I thought it was a real church site at first) |
