What's up guys...
New to this site...i've been on it for about a month, but only recently have I discovered a Montreal forum :D Though I've been in Pittsburgh for the last couple of years, I've lived most of my life in Montreal and still go back every month or so, cause Pittsburgh lives up to its name
A bit about me...Name is Nick, Lebanese (yes, another arab ), graduated from McGill etc...favourite DJ/producer is van dyk, though lately, Satoshi Tomiie is growing on me...so ya, trance is good, prog is better ;)
Anyway, coming back to Montreal for Bal en Blanc :D Can't wait...I'm wondering though if people have tickets they're selling etc...Let me know what's up with that...thanks... |

| Actually PVD plays much better then AVB or any trance dj (my point of view). He is much more professional when it comes to techniques of mixing, and responding much faster. If you will pay attention to details, you will find alot of work in his sets. Also he reworks alot of tracks inorder to make it more unique. Who cares if a dj smiles for the crowd. I go to listen to music, i give no about signatures, smiles or anything out there. I'm sure he will tare apart the trance room, you will see. |

i agree on the technical side, but pvd tends to play some really commercial stuff, eurodance crap, that's the only bad point i see. |

| not to mention when he came to toronto his set was almost no different than his other sets from previous gigs for about 2 months! He was whoring his own stuff too much |

PVD played in New York this weekend n i was there; his set was somehow different this time. (though this set was 6 hours long...)
Anyway, we shall see on the 11th.... |

When I saw him this past october the set he played was the same as everyother I heard from previous month and into November as well. He's also whored the same songs in the same set numerous times, like time of our lives like 3 times in one set! wtf |
