| A lot of you are damn gullible. The majority of rumors circulating about various big-namers going on drinking/drug rampages are nothing more than that... rumors. It's the club-goers who are doing most of the drugs, not the DJs. |

What club drugs are possibly "harder" than E? Aside from heroin, opium, crystal and G, there isn't anything "harder."
How do you get this info about DJs spinning on harder drugs than E? (Coke doesn't count, it doesn't mess with your motor skills and emotions the way E does--and it's not really hardcore).
Anyway, all I'm saying is that for MOST dj's (including me) it will ruin your set. On the other hand, I know many that spin better after they've had a few drinks--and no it is not just because they THINK they're spinning better. |

I'm saying that for a lot of people, spinning is just 100 times harder when they're rolling, for some reason. It's weird though because dancing comes so much easier when you're on E...Go figure.

i didn't mean harder like a harder drug, I meant more difficult to spin with.
And couple of drinks before a set and then being completely drunk are two different things. Of course it would help to have a few drinks because it gives you confidence but once it start messing with your coordination, you are ed.
How did I get this information? I have seen it done over 10 times now with different DJs.
And I find it funny how you think that E is the hardest club drug when you list all the other club drugs as harder and you don't think Coke is a harder drug.
Club drugs include from order of hardness:
E
Coke
Speed
Crystal
K
G
Heroin and other opioids are not done in clubs unless you are in certain type of club that I'm pretty sure you don't want to go to. :)
And a couple pills is a lot no one should ever need more then one unless its a long night. |

with ecstasy you build a resistance to the effects, it's like alcohol, if you're a regular drinker, it more difficult to get "drunk"
I know people who can do 5 or 6 pills and barely "come up"
Especially in the UK when its easy to get pills at around £1, the more that are done, the bigger the resistance
and forgive me if I'm wrong but it can cost up to $50 for a pill in the US and canada, which means people can't afford to build a resistance up to ecstasy....
you'd find it difficult to find a regular clubber in the UK that could only take two pills in a "long" night to feel the effects |

i saw sasha live back in december and he looked pertty coked up. that is the one drug that i can understand spinning on. i dont do coke very much, but i was spinning a party one night and the girl whos house we are at kept offering me lines, and i swear to god i have never spun a better set in my life. ive tried spinning whie rolling, drunk, stoned, trippin and it just doesnt work. but coke definitly improves my skills. but i only do that on rare occasions.
i think DJ rap does drugs. she came to an afterparty i had and looked pretty tweaked out. i think she was rolling.
and ferry corsten can drink like a champ and a half. i watched that guy drink like 20 beers and never even looked tipsy. |
