| The Romans built roads across modern-day Turkey with much of the same materials available in Iran. But even 2000 years ago, they gave up on mud, and developed the first concrete. I guess that knowledge hasn't filtered its way down yet. |

G-d lol.. The persian empire was one of the greatest empires on earth, but i wouldn't call them one of the first civilisations... ;) |

Sorry, i was talking about the mesopotamia region (iraq and Iran)
then those people formed the persian empire.
And to Dopey..Civilization, began in the mid east, but i understand your jealousy.. you barely have a history. |
