haha thanks for the votes guys. but the main problem with me is that since english is not my first language, my grammer it's horrible, and you don't want to see that :S
i also would like to name someone who has done great work and does not work at a club.
ronger rabitt aka john. he doesn't have biased thinking etc. he keeps information up to date and i think he would do a good job.
patrice it also a good choice.
we need a temp. mod till taha comes back full time again :) |

Since when being pro-Aria is a problem ? Come on, Taha was a Aria ambassador and it never bothered anyone : Delirium freely announced his parties when he wisely thinks they could be interesting for us. Ray Jr. events are listed here when they present a least one good trance headliner. When Stereo announce the booking of a known dj, it's also announced here. Recently, we had the chance to see members of this board djing in local club/lounges and they announced it without feeling repressed.
Aria is bringing more talents in town than other clubs; that's the only reason why there is more threads about Aria. |

| as long as the moderator is cool and collected 99.9% of the time , that's what I'm looking for, I don't think someone needs to go out a lot to be a mod, rather, surf the boards alot, because you're looking for problems on the boards such as the thread from yesterday,and the mod needs to think calmly, collectively and be unbiased! |

Why would we need a new mod anyway? I don't see any mod on the Toronto board, and it looks fine.
A new mod would be welcomed for structural improvment and anti spamming only. Slanderous(diffamatoire)or rascist post should be reported to higher mods. So for the rest, people need to moderate their ing self on their own. I feel that everyone has the maturity to think twice before posting here. So why should somebody else edit what's good to say or to read about? Aren't we responsible for what we do or say in the first place, hence, showing off what kind of person we are in real life?
This is a public board, so expect things to go out of control sometimes. You've got to understand that this forum is not only an infosheet. We laugh much together, so why can't we be angry at each other, and be friends again? If an admin closes a potential drama thread, then, he acts like my mom used to do when I started fights with my brother, when I was at an age I couldn't be responsible for my action. DO I need this again? No, cause I'm grown. But from the looks of your request guys, some of you are missing their mommies....
Final thoughts on this: be very carefull of what you are asking for. If a new mod comes in with the mandate to get involved with structural issues only, I can only fear that one day or another, he will do the dirty work of the most influencial members on this forum. The same goes with politics in general...

My choice would be between Malek and John.....thats for sure....and Malek works for aria.....but goes to other events or clubs....anyways...thats what i think....malek is my first choice....since hes always on the forum...and the fact that he has his own forum doent change anyways....John works a lot on EDMM too.....;)

Malek & John know more about whats going on everywhere, but theyre already doing it on EDMM.ca whats the purpose of having a EDMM.ca mtl TA forum....anyway thats just my opinion...
