Studio sub woofer reccomendations? good deals?

I'm looking for a good powered studio subwoofer.
I have Alesis MKII's and I was hoping to add a subwoofer.
I found one made by SAMSON. Does anyone have any reccomendations? |

i was searching for the same for my setup.
Im looking for a powered sub to match my Event ps8's.
I was looking at the Event S250 which is a powered sub with a 15" driver.
