havent seen this posted anywhere..
i have a jp8080 and im wondering, generally, what is the upliftiing chord sound.. a bass sound tuned up? just would like to know how I could make this on the jp, or any softsynth..
heres an example.. need more explanation let me know..
(btw this one was with a nordlead from the vengeance set.. and since its crisp and clear and not from a song it can be easier to identify)

hey, that's a very simple sound.. you can recreate it with almost every synth.. you must only use very low decay and sustain.. |

no, that sample is from the nord..
I just wanna know how to make it on the jp.. everytime i get close it sounds kinda too liquidy and not as powerful as what it should sound like. |

Nice sound. Reason subtraktor can do it too (almost) :) hOw about the DEFAULT sound with delay , reverb and tweak LP12 cutoff filter button. And right hands with two fingers high octave notes and left hand one finger low octave ... is it right?? MIDI anyone? :P
But any tips are here very welcome. Good topic

But you can't just take the sound from the synth and expect it to sound like in an Armmin track. Use an EQ and reverb to improve the sound, then maybe you come very close to the original sound.
Unfortunately very good hardware effects are quite expensive, but that's the difference... |
