hi all!
i've always loved this place, but i just don't post enough.. :)
anyhow, i think the real trance-lovers are all on here so if you guys can give me feedback on my song, i'd appreciate it..
it's softer type of trance song with none of the ferry corsten-ish sawtooth leads (which i do like!)..
any comments appreciated.

this is DEFINITLY not trance.. I wonder why you even thought it was..
this is more down tembo breakbeat since you probably just took some samples you have and mixed them which is a common breakbeat technique.. it's a little boring for my tastes but i like the disco/big band refernces :)

that's weird.. it sounds like you guys were listening to my "Dirty Jazz" track which is indeed a downtempo idea i was working on. I posted it on my site for a friend..
anyhow, the track I was trying to show u guys is this one:

it's definitely not trance in the traditional sense.. and mastering is horrible. but i'm looking for ideas.
