Woah there are tons...
Some of the ones I used to use are as follows:
Urban Assassins - Deck Weaponry and Drum Reclamation
The Bionic Needle Burner & DJ Tox - Skratch along if you know the words.
Super Duper Duck Breaks (For that old school feel)
Stuff by the 'Bullet proof scratch hamsters'
Needles Juice
Battle Breaks
Second to None
Ultimate Breaks & Beats (Volume 1 to 20 something)
Stuff by the Scratch Pikelz
B-Side - Un Salle H'istoire (This is the origin of the ultimate scratched sample... 'Aaarrrggghh This cut is really fresh'. Although you would probably be lucky to find a copy if this and if you do look after it as its valuable.
Do what turntablists do and look around. You will be surprised what you will find on your mums old collection etc. You don't just have to by ready made samples.
Cheers
