After many long and frustrating nights, I got around to doing this mix. I re-edited the first song so it fits better as an opener while adding a few subtle tweaks. The Breathe mashup I think is also pretty creative. Let me know what you guys think! Please!

last of my downloading binge for now...
i think the mixing is great technically...the only thing that jumped out at me were the levels which seem to fluctuate quite a bit suring the set. next time you may consider paying alittle more attention to it becuase these sorts of details can really bring a set together in my ears. i love your tracks. telepopmusik seemed to be alittle too sudden for me. i did like what you did wiht the meshup though. the concept was nice but it sounded like the two songs were not matched very well through their phrases. also, in the break down of telepopmusik i think you bent the pitch alittle too fast to speed up the set. the beautiful things track seemed alittle forced in too. other than that the mix caried itself to the end very well, it was a very nice listen... especially how you brought it up and then relaxed it at the end. the last song is similar to the mood towards the beginning. nice unification : ) |
