Just got back from mardi gras!

me and three friends just drove back today from New Orleans today after celebrating mardi gras (i know the actual day is on tuesday). what a huge drunkfest, so cool to see thousands and thousands of drunk people being happy. the parades were pretty amayzing as well, but nothing beats bourbon st. I cant wait to see the pics i took cause i definetly dont remember taking some at all.
anyone else get to go this year? |

I didn't go this year because I wanted to see Dj icey and Nick Warren at the Riviera in the Atl...which Rawked!!!
but yeah i went to mardi gras last year....was on Bourbon St. for 8 straight hours and got back to our car. All our friends had left us and when we got to our car i saw a paper on the window....i totally had no clue what it was and apparently ate the directions on how to get back....oh vell.. :)

not this year, my spring break didnt fall on Fat Tuesday this year, but i went last year and it was a hell of a blast.
Your right bourbon street is awesome, ive got so many stories and my friend (who had the video camera) has the pics and videos to back it all up.
We threw beads up at s who wouldnt let their girlfriends show their boobs and we made fun of the people holding JESUS SAVES signs and we drank till the morning.
I was told that Rabbit in the Moon was playing at the State Theatre and I couldve gone, but I decided to hit up bourbon street instead.
but all in all, it was a blast and if i can make it again some year I would definitely go. Good to hear you had fun too |
