Oh another thing is.. 10 years ago, this sort of thing was characteristic of south central, queens.. Lower income areas etc. (and I'm speaking statistically) but now this is a widespread trend that can't be looked at subjectively, it's forcably accepted as the norm in even affluent neighborhoods.
