| No need to bring us peaceful norwegians into this argument. And I think Ian stated the situation quite nicely. None of you live in Poland so whats the point of a regional forum then? It shouldn't be harder for you to write in english than any other person with another mother language. |

no offence but on TA is more than 20 users living in Poland and another 20+ with polish origins...
Oke we will start this once again, as "Rules on the addition of new regional forums" says that we must get minimum 15 users, active users, but this active user isn't defined. Another case, lots of Poles on the board either don't speak english well or at all, and this is kinda vicious circle, as Stren said... And please define minimum "post per day" count otherwise we will discuss it again and again |

That's true. What exactly is meant by the term "active user" could use some clarification.

Then why are they on TA? Last time I checked the language spoken here was english. If you can't or won't contribute to TA, whatever the reason, I don't see why you should be given a regional forum. |

yeah like all the people on the regional forums write and speak english, please.
not to worry, this year we will accomplish some improvement. with our polish reps in the polish clubs, we will get a bunch of new recuits and be even more active than norway in the end. |

america has less good parties and less good music
