Ferry has stood up partykids in TO twice! Well...he definitely did on one occasion that I was at. It sucked thinking he was "still on his way" and never came. The second time he was booked at MEOW, but then cancelled a few weeks in advance to do some MTV gig in the states.
BOO!
I'm just a little bitter, but I would still do anything to see him.

| gino or not, meow was a club that stricly played trance, so they had Int'l DJ's come to spin, like Agnelli & Nelson, ferry would do a good job there |

Really...never heard that meow was strictly trance....pardon my ignorance.....I am going to have to check that place out then :) |

i have really given up on ferry... imagine being at a party, youre waiting for ferry to show up, yet its like 5am and its still the same dude spinning that opened up the party and the poor guy was running out of to play so he kept playin his all over again... really bad experience :(
as for meow, isnt meow stricly house? |

I was at Atlantis when Ferry Corsten didnt show up.....what a travesty! Supposedly he was at his hotel in toronto, but he was to sick to spin! I talked to his agent who came to the event to let everyone know what had happened and the guy was almost in tears!
He said that Ferry would come back to do a free show sometime i the future..ya right. Anyway, i got a free DJ NK disco house tape for complaining and it was quite good!
As for Meow , i live in the neighbourhood, and although they use to play trance on fridays , it has always been a GINO club. However, they have always had problems with the zoning laws and labelled the venue "meow lounge and restaurant". The city has now confirmed that it is a entertainment club that serves alcohol and has shut its doors unless it will abide by the zoning laws which prohibits clubs in the swansea/high park area. |

| Meow Friday they only played trance with Mark O, but not anymore, sometime after new years they had problems and lost their crowd to IT (the club) and a couple of weeks ago it was shut down |

Confirmed, Ferry Corsten play the Guvernment Nightclub on Saturday, Sept 29th/01. It is what Swamper told me.
So Sept-Oct looks like this

Johan Gielen--->Limelight, Sept 27 or 29 (i cannot remember)
Ferry Corsten--->Sept 29th/01, the Guvernment
DJ Tiesto--->Oct 6th/01, Kool haus (old warehouse)
Paul Van Dyk---->Oct 10th/01 the guvernment |
