I really like all the string sounds you have going, they sound really epic. Lead melody is fantastic but im not a fan of arpeggiated saw synths.
All in all solid work, nothing wrong with the production at all, just matter of taste. |

Hey just a personal thing of mine. But you have a nice sound and build up etc.. but then you know after the roffling of your kick, I expected something booming (but that's just the type of music I like, really nothing wrong with it this way). It's just, I expected something exciting to happen after that roffling of the drums, if you could do that, that would be awesome of course. But even like this it's cool.
Great to see all these colaborations, makes my heart glow ! :) |

Sounds nice so far John, really like those haunting-type pads. Melody is very fine imo! The lead sound is very thin though as well, maybe add some layers...
The percs are quite nice as well, though maybe too few. I think it needs a more distinct hihat to drive it more. Bassline is also a bit flat, but maybe this is just the basics, eh? :)
I'll see what Luke and/or Chris can add for the next preview.

oh yes, this sounds great!
the melody is absolutely mindblowing, great lead synth as well..
i don't think it needs more elements like Wim says, i think the mix would sound rather busy.. everything is well balanced now, so let's keep it that way.. :)
one thing i noticed though is that the strings/pads in the beginning of the breakdown have a lot of reverb on them. they do not sound clear, for a moment i thought i was listening to a 96kbps mp3..
for the rest it's great, as i said the melody is fantastic! |

Quality of production is definitely in the pro field. Love the deep bass work. It's kind of made the leap from big fish in a small pond to the bigger one, so I'm listening with my "would I buy this" ears.
I really like the counter melodies - the high pitched whistle thing is the kind of thing I buy tunes for. Kick off is brilliant - I love all these counter-counter melodies - the string counteracts really nicely. 2.25(ish) when that whistle-type lead comes in again it gets my attention. Blatantly put some time and effort in, hope that I reach this level someday, will just say it's class and yes, I would buy it.
