This might be a stupid question; but, Why is it that a record will be available for sell on different dates with different online-stores. Do different stores have access to vinyl faster than others.
For example , I shop mainly at "Only-Djs" , "Dancegrooves" , and "Chemical-Records".
Well, Filo & Peri - I95 was released a week ago and is on sell at dancegrooves and only-djs; however, chemical-records (my favorite) still hasn't got it. What's up with that! |

different shops use different distributors and carriers, and these are chosen also by the labels themselves.
certain shops have contacts with certian lables and artists, so they may get promo copies in etc... exclusive to that shop, also depends where the record is pressed, wether in that country or not, importing and exporting vinyl is actually very expensive |
