Heya Guys,
Each time i get on the Trance Addict forum, i'm amazed....Your people are so helpful to each other...and know so much about music, and music related stuff.
So i thought you'll be able to help me too.
I'm getting a new Studio in some room at my house.
at the moment i got 2 Technics, 2 CDJ 100, Beringher VMX 300 Mixer.
I have started producing not too long ago, but i want to get into the producing area more seriously. There for i need a new nice Sound Card & 2 Monitors (Speakers) which should be very clean, and good sound to a room which its size is about 10 Meters Hight & 4 Meters Width.
I got about 550 Dollars to spend on these stuff. I know its not alot but thats the amount of money i got to start with.
If the montiors cant be powered, i will need a amplifayer too ....
Please guys help me as much as you can, and if you need more details ... i will update you !
Thats Alot,

Dude, my only suggestion to you is this... start off with a program like Logic, Cubase, Sonar, Reason, Fruity Loops, etc... and save money for actual physical equipment while your learning on that stuff. You dont want to end up buying cheaper stuff just to have it and start using it, you want to make sure you get quality stuff you wont need to replace for a while.
You want to get monitors with no less than 8" speakers and they should be active (with amps), it will be cheaper for you that way.
As for an audio interface, save up for a lower end MOTU or RME_Audio. |
