Trouble with HOOJ

So i decided to buy a record off www.hooj.com on feb. 16th.
Sure, i recieved a package in the mail by the friday but it was the CD single of the track. I then emailed their customer service department right away and I've yet to recieve an email from them. It usually takes 24 hours to reply to an email. At least 24 hours it takes for most online record shops that i know of. I am not badmouthing HOOJ or such but this is a problem i'm exerpiencing. Any suggestions other than sit and wait for a reply?

I know Hooj Choons went down the pan but not sure about hooj.com
If they are connected then it's a good chance that both went bust, and at this point would perhaps advise caution when thinking of using them unless someone knows differnt?

no no i just got an email from customer service apologizing for the delay... they resolved it by sending the record via airmail at no extra cost to me. I also get to keep the CD.
exellent way to resolve the situation in my opinion. Yea, HOOJ.com is still in bussiness... only HOOJ as a label is out of bussiness, not as a record shop. |

| yeah the hooj store is still running fine. i ordered some vinyl a few weeks back, and chose one of the vinyls incorrectly. my email to them was answered within hours and the problem was fixed. quick shipping too |

| hooj.com is the best online record store i've dealt with! great service! and they're fast too! i've only ordered cds though (well one vinyl once by accident, but that was my error). i've ordered over 60 releases there already and intend to order many more in the near future. |

| i could say that they are a great store as well. they're defenitly where i'll go when there are a few hard to find records i'm looking for |

| Ordered a track & received it on CD. You have to be careful - several of the tracks they offer are available in both formats. |

yeah! you gotta be careful when pressing those buy buttons!;) that's why i got the one vinyl too by accident, but thank god it was solarcoaster disc one so i had no problem selling it, and i actually won 1€ in the deal! (w00t!)!:D after that i've always triple checked it's cds that i'm ordering. |
