| I thought these types of programs were called rippers but when i search all i get is these complicated programs for taking mp3s of CD's. All i want is a program that can break up my long live sets so i can put them on cds. Anyone have any suggestions for some good programs. |

you must use cuesheets to make trackmarkings on your liveset cd. If you will break them up, which can easily be done with cool mp3 splitter or mp3directcut, you will hear the transition of each track, so that would ruine your whole live set cd.
cuesheets can be burned with nero, cdrwin, blindwrite... |

MP3 TrackMaker is a good little app for splitting MP3s assuming all you want to do is chop up a really large set into CD-length pices.

| nero works, and you dont need a cue sheet. i dont use one, and you can take out the 2 second gap in between tracks. |

| i just need a simple program where i can just put a mark where i want to split or simply just write the point where iwant to split it. All these programs are too complicated and i dont know how to use them. Mp3 Chopper is a program i know how to use. Anyone know a similar program |
