Studying in Ireland?

| I was offered to study at the University of Limmerick today, and to be honest I have no idea where in Ireland it is and whats its like. Any of you Irish TA's know about this place? |

| Aint been to Limerick in years, quiet part of the world but very nice place - you had any opportunity to study in Northern Ireland @ Queens in Blefast, close to some excellent clubs man!!!! |

well, some parts of Limerick are supposed to be quite rough.. it gets the name "stab city" but that's just sad old people with nothing else to talk about..
i think the majority is all gang related so as long as u stay away from the gangs u should be alright :)
come over and check the place out first! be prepared for some E weather though!!
i'd say Limerick's as good as any Irish city to study in, but the city's in the north will always kick the out of the ones in the south as the Republic's an absolute rip-off! So much cheaper in lovely old Derry :) |
