I'm looking for techno/elektro tracks with cool sounds. not for tracks with only beats and breaks, but with a 'melody'.

I know plenty of techno, just that World Service is my favorite techno compilation. Some other really nice CDs (but may not quite fit what you're looking for) that I have are:
