wots cueing up the new track ? just finding the spot u wanna intro it @ n just waiting for the beat in old song?

do u intro the song from the first beat with soe volume up, or do u keep it low, make sure u have introed on time and beats r matching and then bring up once they r running same time?

Cueing is setting up the incomming song. Beatmatching could be part of it, but mostly just getting it lined up with the playing track before you actually bring it in.

Generally, I beatmatch it, and then set it to where I want to bring it in at, and either stop it and wait for the place, or mess with the EQs and so forth to start actually bringing it in.

Wierd phrasing. Hope that made sense.

the song i am bringing in, i let play for abit without the volume up (but still playing in my 'phones) for a short bit so that i can make sure that its totally in sync with the other track and then i start mixing it in.

first beat matching..
if you wanna intro the new track bring it in where you wanna intro and play it 16 beats without volume (control the beats).. then set the volume up a bit and keep on playing.. after 16 beats make the volume higher.. that's what i do.. if it's wrong warn me ;)
