problems with whitelabels

I just got my whitelabels and tried them out today. One needle is fine and tracks perfectly (well almost) at an weight setting. The other is messed up. I cue the damn record because it keeps skipping when i move the needle back.
I notice that there is some sound quality loss on a particular record and skipping on the record. I swtich over to the other deck with a different needle with same settings and its fine.
Is there a way to fix this skipping? :whip: I tired what was suggested before to lower the grams, but it isnt doing anything.
Should i exchange it? or any ideas?

| flip the carts around on the tables to see if it skips on the other deck. If it does not, make sure the other table is level, then make sure your tonearm was balanced correctly before adding tracking force, adjust height to around 2-2.5 mils...see if that helps. ;) ;) :toocool: :toocool: |
